Counseling

Counseling at NEIGB plays an integral part in the development and growth of a student’s character, personality and achievement. NEIGB utilizes the services of professional, full time school counselors who are highly qualified and skilled to address students’ academic and personal/ social needs through appropriate interventions that may include:

• Individual or group counseling sessions.

• Consultation with parents, cycle principals and teachers to evaluate cases, plan recommendations and chart follow-up paths.

• Referrals to other outside support services in cases where the School feels the student requires outside professional help.

• Conducting workshops for cycle principals, teachers and supervisors; awareness sessions for students and seminars for parents on different subjects according to students’ needs.
